RASA, the Westchester/Putnam regional affiliate of ESSAA recently elected new officers. They are Carmine Machia (Secretary), Corwith Hansen (Executive Vice President), Theresa Sullivan (Treasurer), Bill Evans (President) and H. Evan Powderly (Vice President).
