Welcome from Region 4
Mid – Hudson Administrators' Association (MHAA).

Region 4 encompasses four counties, Ulster, Orange, Dutchess and Sullivan Counties. There are sixteen affiliated Administrator's Associations within this geographic area. The districts are; Dover, Florida, Highland Falls, Middletown, Millbrook, Minisink Valley, Monroe Woodbury, Onteora, Pawling, Pine Bush,Red Hook, Rhinebeck, Rondout Valley, Tuxedo, Wappingers Falls, and Warwick Valley.

As with all Administrators' units throughout the state the units in region 4 are facing a year of reduced budgets, reduced memberships and increased workloads. Throughout these trying times ESSAA and the attorneys have been working closely with the units to insure that Districts do not violate the Administrative contracts. It is important that all ESSAA units closely monitor what is happening in their districts, and should questions arise contact their attorney. Without doubt the 2011-12 school year will bring even more challenges. ESSAA, the Executive Board and the attorneys are dedicated to supporting its membership.
